Questions & Answers
Frequently asked questions
1. How do I start or book a consulting engagement?
You can reach out through our contact form, choose the service line that fits you, or use Buy Now on our consulting packages when you are ready to proceed. We confirm scope, timing, and next steps before work begins.
3. Custom consulting for larger organisations?
Yes. Strategy, leadership, and scaling work often needs tailored scope, cadence, and stakeholders. We design custom programs when your situation goes beyond a standard package.
5. Can we adjust our package or scope after we start?
Yes. When priorities shift we revisit scope and pacing together. Material changes are confirmed in writing so everyone stays aligned on outcomes and investment.
7. Are sessions held online, in person, or both?
Most work is delivered remotely for efficiency. We add onsite or offsite sessions when it clearly improves alignment, workshops, or executive forums.
9. Written summaries after sessions?
Yes. We capture decisions, owners, and next steps so progress does not depend on memory alone. Format and depth match the engagement you select.
2. What is included in the Basic package at $150 per month?
The Basic package is built for steady, focused advisory with structured touchpoints and clear guidance on priorities. Deliverables are confirmed in writing so your organisation knows what to expect.
4. How long does a typical engagement last?
Duration depends on goals and complexity. Some clients need a short intensive phase; others prefer quarterly or ongoing support. We agree milestones and review points up front so you always know what comes next.
6. What types of organisations do you focus on?
We focus on education and technology organisations—such as higher education institutes, schools, and edtech firms—and leaders who are scaling strategy, teams, and operating rhythm under pressure.
8. What should we prepare before the first strategy session?
A concise brief on goals, constraints, recent decisions, and who must be involved helps us use the first strategy session well. We share a simple checklist when we schedule.
10. What is your policy for cancellations and rescheduling?
We ask for reasonable notice to reschedule working sessions so calendars stay reliable for your organisation and ours. Specific terms are included with your engagement confirmation.
